Representative Joseph Underwood of Presque Isle is currently serving his third term representing House District 5, which is the City of Presque Isle. He serves on the 132nd Legislature’s Joint Standing Committee on State and Local Government.
Rep. Underwood earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management from Husson University and his Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Maine Community College. He is currently retired, with a background in defense finance and accounting services. Mr. Underwood is a member of the Presque Isle Fish and Game Club.
