Representative Shelley Rudnicki of Fairfield is currently serving her fourth term representing House District 67, which includes the town of Fairfield and part of Benton. She serves as the Ranking Member on the 132nd Legislature’s Joint Standing Committees on Taxation. In the 131st Legislature, she also served on the Committee on Veteran’s and Legal Affairs. She has also previously served on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety and Education and Cultural Affairs committees.
Rep. Rudnicki earned her Bachelor’s degree from Ashford University. Shelley is a small business owner. As a public servant for her community, she has spent nine years as a member of the Benton Elementary Parent Teacher Organization and twelve years as a member of the Fairfield Planning Board. She is a former School Board Chair. Shelley is also a member of the Victor Grange, Order of Eastern Star, Elks Club, and the Federation of Republican Women.
Shelley and her husband, Tony, have two children; Tony II and Shelby. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and baking.
