Representative Shelley Rudnicki of Fairfield is currently serving her third term representing House District 67, which includes the town of Fairfield and part of Benton. She serves on the 131st Legislature’s Joint Standing Committees on Taxation, as well as the Committee on Veteran’s and Legal Affairs. In the past, she served the 130th Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety. In the 129th Legislation, she served on the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs.
Rep. Rudnicki earned her Bachelor’s degree from Ashford University. Six years ago, she founded her own used car dealership that she is currently operating. As a public servant for her community, she has spent nine years as a member of the Benton Elementary Parent Teacher Organization and twelve years as a member of the Fairfield Planning Board. Shelley is also a member of the Victor Grange, Order of Eastern Star, and the Elks Club.
Shelley and her husband, Tony, have two children; Tony II and Shelby. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and baking.
