Representative Richard “Rick” Mason of Lisbon is currently serving his fourth term representing House District 97, which includes part of Lisbon. He serves on the 131st Legislature’s Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, as well as the Transportation Committee. Mr. Mason has served the Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife for five years and is Currently its Ranking Member.
After graduating from Lisbon High School, Rep. Mason went to work as an excavation contractor. He is the owner, operator, and founder of his own company, Rick Mason Excavation, Inc.
Rick and his wife, Deb, have two children. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors hunting and fishing. He is also passionate about classic cars, including his 1964 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck, where he attends and competes in car shows.
