Rep. Caldwell Jackson

Buckfield, Hebron, Otisfield, and Oxford
Representative Caldwell Jackson of Oxford is currently serving his first term in the Maine House representing District 80, which includes the towns of Buckfield, Hebron, Otisfield, and Oxford. He serves on the 131st Legislature’s joint standing Committee on Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry.
Rep. Jackson has extensive local, county and state public service experience, having served as a Deputy Commissioner and Economic Development Specialist for the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservative and Forestry. He is currently the Chairman of the Oxford Board of Selectman. Jackson also previously served as an Oxford County Commissioner. A longtime member of the Oxford County Fair, Caldie is currently a member of their Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Lake Thompson Fish and Game Club.
Rep. Jackson and his wife, Diane, own and operate Breezy Hill Farm. Originally established in 1982, to raise livestock for market sales and hay production, Breezy Hill currently produces potatoes, fresh produce, and free range eggs for wholesale and retail markets. The Jacksons offer these and other products at Jackson’s Greenspot, their on-site, local farm stand.
Caldie and Diane have three grown children and eight grandchildren who all reside in Maine. In his spare time, Rep. Jackson enjoys playing golf.
