Kimberly Haggan is in her first term as the Representative for District 36, which includes Hampden and Newburgh. She serves on the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs.
Kimberly is a recently retired public school teacher and administrator, bringing 40 years of experience in education. During that time, she also served as a basketball and soccer coach. Haggan holds a B.S. in Special Education from the University of Maine at Farmington.
She is married to State Senator David Haggan, and together they have two children. Kimberly is a member of the Calvary Chapel Church in Orrington.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor recreation sports, especially hunting and fishing.
