Representative Ann Fredericks of Sanford is currently serving her first term in the Maine House representing District 143, part of Sanford. Ann is a member of the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services. She was formerly a Democrat, then an Independent, before becoming a Republican for over a decade.

Rep. Fredericks is a state certified Nurse Practitioner who owns a health care business in Sanford. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Association of Cannabinoid Specialists. Ann’s community involvement includes serving as a member of the Sanford Chamber of Commerce and the Sanford-Springvale YMCA.

Rep. Fredericks’ educational degrees include a: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters of Public Administration, and Masters of Science in Nursing.
