Bill to address school bus driver shortage to have Public Hearing

STATE HOUSE– Rep. Gary Drinkwater (R-Milford) announced today that his bill to address Maine’s school bus driver shortage will have a Public Hearing Thursday.

“There is a long-standing, statewide school bus driver shortage in Maine that is getting worse,” said Rep. Drinkwater. “After hearing from diverse communities that include Fort Kent, St. Agatha, Frenchville, Madawaska, Oxford Hills, Westbrook, Spruce Mountain, Camden-Rockport, Lewiston, and many others, I am presenting a solution to the problem.”
